It is used for produce various plastic sheet of PP, PS, HIPS, , and PET ect., which can be widely used for produce plastic formed sheet, stationery sheet, and meytal packing, industrial packing etc.

-- The Screw, Screen Changer and Barrel are made of high quality Alloyed Steel (38CrMoAIA) with Nitrogen Treatment.
-- Full-auto continues belt-type screen changer without machine stop.
-- Calendar designed with double water circulation and cooling system.

Distributor and Die:
-- Sheet Thickness can be adjusted through distributor.
-- T Type Die Head.
-- Can make A+B and A+B+C sheet.

Roller Calendar:
-- Separate Motor Drive.
-- Separate Temperature Control System.
-- Mirror Surface Design.
